TaskMate Robotic Blister Loading System integrates a FANUC LR200iC robot and vacuum-style ESS-designed EOAT to load USB drives into blisters in an Alloyd Brands Model Aergo 8 Blister Packaging Machine. The robot is also programmed to remove empty trays from the infeed conveyor and place them in a tray magazine.
