ESS Technologies, Inc. Model MB 120 Monoblock Filler/Capper handles small pharmaceutical bottles. A custom starwheel infeed orients the PET bottles and directs them into the infeed timing screw. Bottles are filled at a rate of 120 bottles per minute. The system automatically inserts a plug into the top of the bottle prior to capping.
