TaskMate Robotic Pick & Place System integrates a FANUC robot with ESS-designed EOAT to create a reliable system for inserting plugs into pharmaceutical bottles at a rate of 40 plugs per minute. The system includes inspection and automatic reject of incorrectly seated or missing plugs.
