Bergami packaging machinery, offers Bergami’s series of Automatic
Package Wrappers as part of a complete packaging line. The wrappers
are available in a number of models that offer choices in wrapping
speed, machine footprint, and package size to meet any cosmetic,
food, confectionary, pharmaceutical, and consumer product
application. The machines meet cGMP requirements and offer a balcony
design for easy access, cleaning, and maintenance. All models offer
very quick changeover (less than 7 minutes for most models).
The wrappers are designed to handle heat-sealable films of PP, PVC,
PE, cellophane, etc. Many models will also accommodate non
heat-sealable materials such as Kraft paper. The wrappers include
either belted or toothed output devices to protect high gloss and
delicate cartons from damage during the wrapping process. The
machines are also equipped with servo motors on the film unwinding
grippers, allowing the easy handling of difficult and thin films.
This precision also allows the machine to center the film correctly
over the product, guaranteeing an aesthetic quality to the final
wrap.
Bergami wrappers offer a number of competitive advantages. The cGMP

in the wrapping process. Wrapper options include tear tape
