Robotic Mini Pallet Cell

ESS Technologies, Inc. Mini Palletizer Cell incorporates a FANUC robot with custom-designed ESS end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to create a high speed, high performance palletizing cell for single or dual pallet configurations in a very small footprint. A number of robots may be specified for the system, depending on the speed and payload requirements of the application. Robot models include:

• Model M-20iA (Payload 20kg; Reach 1811mm)
• Model M-420iA (Payload 40kg; Reach 1855mm)
• Model M-710iC (Payload 50kg; Reach 2050mm)
• Model R-2000iA (Payload 125kg; Reach 3001mm)

The Mini Palletizer Cell comes complete with the robot, EOAT, interlocked guarding, infeed conveyor, and Allen Bradley PanelView operator interface. FANUC’s PalletTool Turbo software is pre-installed on the robot to simplify operation. Product changeover typically occurs in 20-30 minutes or less. All FANUC robots come vision-ready to accommodate optional vision-guidance equipment such as cameras. System options include powered pallet infeed and discharge conveyors, powered empty pallet dispensing and full pallet removal, tier sheet feeding, and automatic top cap forming.
