The SC Series servo driven intermittent/continuous motion horizontal cartoning machines handle pre-glued cartons with straight or reverse tuck-in closure. The machines also accommodate a glue application group and automatic product feeding systems. The SC Series automatic cartoner is servo driven and features stainless steel skirting on the base with a balcony design incorporating a rear main drive. ESS also offers a mechanically driven model, the MC 60, which may be more cost-effective in certain applications.

All mechanical movements are mounted with self-lubricating bushings and bearings. The cartoning machines offer simple and quick size changeover using digital indicators located with the adjusting points. The “balcony construction” guarantees complete accessibility to all areas and easy cleaning. The SC Series Automatic Horizontal Cartoner is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, consumer goods, and medical device packaging lines.
