AS 120 Automatic Horizontal Cartoner
The Model AS 120 Automatic Horizontal Cartoner can handle speeds of up to 120 cartons per minute. Ideal for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device applications, the cGMP-designed carton transport system uses belts to avoid scratching delicate cartons with high gloss finishes. The patented carton opening mechanism supports the carton on two separate panels with vacuum cups for positive opening. Closure options include Nordson hot-melt closure or mechanical tucking closure. Changeover time is low, typically 20 minutes or less.
