AS 150 Automatic Horizontal Cartoner
The Model AS 150 Automatic Horizontal Cartoner uses intermittent motion to fill up to 140 units per minute. Ideal for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device applications, the cGMP-designed carton transport system uses belts to avoid scratching delicate cartons with high gloss finishes. The carton pick-up and positive opening mechanism consists of a tilting arm combined with a mechanical pre-breaking device that places the erected carton directly into the carton transport belts. Product options include pre-folded unit infeeder, flat leaflet infeeder, reel leaflet infeeder, tuck-in closure, hot-melt glue closure, carton coding, and carton and leaflet code reading. Central adjustment via digital settings makes product changeover fast and easy; typically 20 minutes or less.
