AS 200/250 Automatic Horizontal Cartoners

The Model AS 200250 Automatic Horizontal Cartoners use continuous motion to fill up to 250 units per minute, depending on the model ordered. The patented carton transport system uses belts to avoid scratching delicate and high gloss cartons such as those used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging. The modern "Balcony" design makes it possible to locate all of the mechanical drives in the rear of the machine. This offers complete separation and a clean "zone" for carton and product transport areas. It also allows for excellent access to all the machine groups for format change, machine adjustments and ease of maintenance. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, product options include pre-folded unit infeeder, flat leaflet infeeder, reel leaflet infeeder, tuck-in closure, hot-melt glue closure, carton coding, and carton and leaflet code reading. Central adjustment via digital settings makes product changeover fast and easy; typically 20 minutes or less.
