AS 70 Horizontal Cartoner
The Model AS 70 Automatic Horizontal Cartoner operates at speeds up to 70 cartons per minute. Ideal for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device applications, the cGMP-designed carton transport system uses belts to avoid scratching delicate cartons with high gloss finishes. The AS 70 offers a variety of infeed options, including belt feeding, chain feeding, chain feeding with buckets, 90° line feeding with box output, and special feeding systems that can be customized for all applications. The AS 70 is ideal for larger cartons and is available with extended carton magazine and literature placement. Closure methods may be Nordson hot-melt closure or mechanical tucking closure. Tray forming or wrap around versions are also available.
