ASV 50 Vertical Cartoner

The ASV 50 Vertical Cartoner is ideal for diverse products, such as bottles, vials, jars, blisters, sachets, and other irregular shaped products. The unit works with pre-glued cartons with tuck-in flaps, closure with airplane or alternate flaps, hot-melt closure, or mixed closure, depending on the product to be cartoned. The loading zone can be effected manually or with an automatic loader such as the TaskMate™ Robotic Loading System. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, the ASV 50 Vertical Cartoner offers a small footprint and simple changeover procedures. The ASV 50 is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging lines.
