ASV 60 Vertical Cartoner

The ASV 60 Vertical Cartoner is ideal for diverse products, such as bottles, jars, sachets, and other irregular shaped products. The unit works with pre-glued cartons with tuck-in flaps, closure with airplane or alternate flaps, hot-melt closure, or mixed closure, depending on the product to be cartoned. The loading zone can be effected manually or with an automatic loader such as the TaskMate™ Robotic Loading System. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, the ASV 60 Vertical Cartoner offers a small footprint and simple changeover procedures. The ASV 60 is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging lines.
