CM 100 Automatic Package Wrapper

The Model CM 100 Automatic Package Wrapper handles pharmaceutical and cosmetic cartons of reduced overall dimensions. The machine is ideal for wrapping small and medium-sized products using reels of heat-seal wrapping material PP, PVC, PE, cellophane, etc. It can also be used for non-heat-sealable materials such as Kraft paper. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, the wrapper offers complete accessibility to all areas, easy cleaning, and very simple maintenance.

The machine's film feeding system allows for the use of difficult and thin film materials. Options for the CM 100 include tear tape applications, printed film registration, film perforation, leaflet insertion, on edge transversal sealing, and a keypad for controlling film length. The CM 100 package wrapper is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging lines.
