CP 150 /CP 100 Automatic Package Wrapper
The Model CP 150 Automatic Package Wrapper handles parallelepipedal products using reels of heat-seal wrapping material PP, PVC, PE, cellophane, etc. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, the wrapper offers complete accessibility to all areas, easy cleaning, and very simple maintenance. The product belt or comb may feed into the wrapper either in-line or at a 90° angle. The film is cut via rotating blades.
The machine's film feeding system allows for the use of difficult and thin film materials. Options for the CP 150 include tear tape applications, printed film registration, leaflet insertion, and changes for oversizes. The CP 150 package wrapper is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging lines.
