CX 5 Automatic Package Wrapper
The Model CX 5 Automatic Package Wrapper handles cosmetic cartons with very glossy finishes and has been designed to achieve a changeover rate of only 7 minutes. The machine is ideal for wrapping small and medium-sized products using reels of heat-seal wrapping material PP, PVC, PE, cellophane, etc. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, the balcony structure guarantees complete accessibility to all areas, easy cleaning, and very simple maintenance.
The machine is equipped with a servo-cotnrolled brushless motor on the film unwinding grippers to handle difficult and thin film materials. Options for the CX 5 include tear tape applications, printed film registration, film perforation, leaflet insertion, and a reel trimming unit. The CX 5 is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medical device packaging lines.
