Robotic Depalletizer Cell

ESS Technologies, Inc. Robotic Depalletizer Cell incorporates a FANUC robot with custom-designed ESS end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to create a high speed, high performance depalletizing cell for cases, bags or trays that fits in a very small footprint. A number of robots may be specified for the system, depending on the speed and payload requirements of the application. Robot models include:

• Model M-20iA (Payload 20kg; Reach 1811mm)
• Model M-420iA (Payload 40kg; Reach 1855mm)
• Model M-710iC (Payload 50kg; Reach 2050mm)
• Model R-2000iA (Payload 125kg; Reach 3001mm)

The Robotic Depalletizer Cell comes complete with the robot, EOAT, interlocked guarding, discharge conveyor, and Allen Bradley PanelView operator interface. Product changeover typically occurs in 20-30 minutes or less. All FANUC robots come vision-ready to accommodate optional vision-guidance equipment such as cameras. System options include powered full pallet infeed and empty pallet discharge conveyors, empty pallet removal, and top cap and/or tier sheet removal with magazine.
