Monoblock Fillers/Cappers
ESS Technologies, Inc. line of monoblock liquid filler/capper machines and powder filler/capper machines incorporate the latest design advantages of servo controls with filling speeds up to 120 bottles per minute. Controls allow the operator to adjust for diving nozzles and dwell time, as well as the pump fill rates. This gives the monoblock filler/capper the ability to do profile filling for irregular shaped bottles. The machines fill creams, liquids, and powders.
An "XP" model with intrinsically safe controls is also available for bottling products such as fragrances, nail enamel, or other products that contain concentrations of alcohol, acetone, etc. The MB-XP fills up to 120 bottles per minute and can be designed by the factory to fill more than one bottle size. The controls may be remotely located.
All ESS Technologies, Inc. monoblock fillers/cappers are ergonomically designed and offer a true balcony frame for ease in inspection and maintenance. Size changeover is easy and quick, usually less than 15 to 20 minutes. The stainless steel exterior and hard-anodized aluminum inner frame allow for ease of cleaning.
