K 15 Horizontal Case Packer
The K 15 Automatic Horizontal Case Packer uses high accuracy mechanics to create a case packer that offers a very small foot print and quick changeover. The Balcony design with rear main drive meets cGMP standards and allows complete access for inspection, maintenance, product changeover and cleaning. The Balcony design also prevents carton dust and debris from falling into the main drive components. The K 15 loads cartons, bundles, pouches, squeezable tubes, etc., into corrugated cases at a speed of up to 18 cases per minute. The machine is controlled using an Allen Bradley PLC with PanelView HMI for ease of operation. Options include hot-melt closure, case ink coding, case ink-jet coding, and a case turning device on the out-feed area. The K 15 is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, consumer goods, and medical device packaging lines.
