M-710iC or M-420iC Multiple Robotic Pallet Cell

The M-710iC or M-420iC vision-guided robotic pallet cell offers speed and flexibility in a very small footprint for palletizing applications. Available as a multiple cell, the system comes complete with interlocked guarding package, infeed conveyor, robot, end of arm tooling, controller and program. Utilizing a FANUC vision-guided robotic platform, the system can pick 25-30 cases/ minute. The Model M-710iC Fanuc robot can handle a payload of of up to 45 kg (99 lbs.) for large, heavy cases while the M-420iC handles a payload of 40 kg (88 lb.). Options include powered pallet discharge conveyors, pallet infeed conveyors, and pallet dispensers. Product changeover in 5-10 minutes.
