MB-XP Filler/Capper

ESS Technologies, Inc. offers the Model MB-XP Monoblock Filler/Capper with intrinsically safe controls. The MB-XP is suitable to bottle fragrances, nail enamel, or other products that may contain concentrations of alcohol, acetone, etc., and operates at a speed of 120 bottles per minute. The machine can be designed to fill more than one bottle size, allowing multiple product lines to be run on one machine.

The MB-XP offers a compact “Balcony” design that meets cGMP standards for ease of inspection, maintenance and cleaning. A unique and reliable capping device applies the cap, and final torque is accomplished using a stainless steel magnetic clutch torque head. A remotely located operator console provides LED indication of a number of machine faults for easy setup and operation. The machine may be ordered with an optional plug/stopper/brush inserter, inspection and soft reject. Interlocked Lexan guarding is included.
