Fully Automated Robotic Pallet Cell

ESS Technologies, Inc. Robotic Mini Palletizing Cell with Integrated Pallet Dispenser is a very small footprint palletizing cell ideal for palletizing applications where higher speeds are required and accumulation is not an option. The integrated pallet dispensing system automatically moves full pallets out of the cell and empty pallets into the cell. A number of robots may be specified for the system, depending on the speed and payload requirements of the application. Robot models include:

• Model M-20iA (Payload 20kg; Reach 1811mm)
• Model M-420iA (Payload 40kg; Reach 1855mm)
• Model M-710iC (Payload 50kg; Reach 2050mm)
• Model R-2000iA (Payload 125kg; Reach 3001mm)

The Mini Palletizer Cell comes complete with the robot, EOAT, interlocked guarding, infeed conveyor, and Allen Bradley PanelView operator interface. FANUC’s PalletTool Turbo software is pre-installed on the robot to simplify operation. Product changeover typically occurs in 20-30 minutes or less. System options include tier sheet feeding, and automatic top cap forming. ESS Technologies, Inc. also designs full size palletizing systems to meet any configuration.
