TF 100 Automatic Tube Filler/Closer

Model TF 100 fills and closes up to 100 tubes per minute. Ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical packaging lines, the machine can fill metal, plastic, and polyfoil, as well as laminate tubes using a cassette infeed system without the need to remove sealing stations. Designed for cGMP standards, the tube feeder may be used in sterile rooms and laminar flows. The machine features a stainless steel frame and control panel. All moving mechanical parts are based on self-lubricated components. A user friendly PLC with touch screen allows the user access to adjust filling speeds and tube size, and maintain operational logs. The Model TF 100 also features a 12-position turntable.
