TaskMate™ - Robotic Loading System

The TaskMate™ Robotic Loading System from ESS Technologies, Inc. is the ideal solution to avoid repetitive motion in pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic loading/unloading applications. Utilizing a FANUC robot, the system is designed to perform a wide variety of tasks in a broad range of environments including clean room, process and packaging. Equipped with custom end-of-arm-tooling, tabletop platform, interlocked guarding and optional light curtain, the TaskMate™ easily integrates into most any process or packaging equipment. Applications that might use a TaskMate™ Robotic Loading System include:
- Loading assembled medical devices into packaging
- Loading bottles, tubes, caps, etc. into dispensers
- Loading trays
- Loading blister packaging machines or other machine infeeds
- Loading unpackaged products into the packaging line
- Loading packaged product into cases
- Robotic pallet loading
All FANUC robots now offer vision-guidance to inspect, place, or reject product at all stages of assembly and/or packaging.
