TaskMate™ - Robotic Collating and Assembly System

The TaskMate™ Robotic Collating and Assembly System from ESS Technologies, Inc. is the ideal solution to avoid repetitive motion in pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic collating and assembly applications. Utilizing a FANUC robot, the system is designed to perform a wide variety of tasks in a broad range of environments including clean room, process and packaging. Equipped with custom designed end-of-arm-tooling, tabletop platform, interlocked guarding and optional light curtain, the TaskMate™ easily integrates into most any process or packaging equipment. Applications that might use a TaskMate™ Robotic Collating and Assembly Systems include:

- Collate blister packs for cartoning
