TaskMate™ Robotic Systems

The TaskMate™ from ESS Technologies, Inc. offers a solution to avoid repetitive motion in packaging applications. The system is designed to perform a variety of tasks in a broad range of environments using a FANUC robot. Equipped with custom end-of-arm-tooling, tabletop platform, interlocked guarding, and optional light curtain, the system integrates easily into processing or packaging equipment. Motion control, speed and robotic dexterity make the system suitable for machine loading and unloading, product orientation, product collation and other repetitive tasks.
